  • Order Cutoff: Orders placed after 2:00 PM CST are processed the next business day
  • Handling Time: 2-3 business days
  • Transit Time: 3-4 business days

Courier Services

  • It is the customer’s responsibility to monitor the shipment with the provided tracking number.
  • If the courier cannot deliver your package due to absence or address issues, you must contact them directly.
  • After multiple failed delivery attempts, the courier may return or destroy the package. Jacket Store USA is not responsible in such cases.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item:

  • Contact us within 30 calendar days of delivery.
  • Do not remove tags or use the item, as this may make it ineligible for return or exchange.

Address Accuracy

  • Double-check your name, address, email, and contact details at checkout.
  • We cannot deliver to APO, FPO, or PO boxes.
  • Orders containing both customized and non-customized products may be shipped separately to ensure timely delivery of ready-to-ship items.
  • Once dispatched, we cannot reschedule delivery to a new address. Contact the courier directly for any changes.

Reasons for Shipping Delays

  • Custom orders taking longer to process

Note: Orders returned due to incorrect addresses require the customer to cover reshipping costs.
