Return Window

  • Returns and exchanges may be requested within 30 days of delivery
  • Requests outside this timeframe will not be accepted

Return Conditions

Returned items must:

  • Be new, unworn, and unused.
  • Have all original tags attached.
  • Be in original packaging.

⚠️ Items showing wear or customer-caused damage are not eligible for return or refund.

When Returns Are Accepted

Returns and exchanges are accepted only if:

  • You received a damaged item, or
  • You received the wrong item

Returns requested for any other reason will not be approved.

Size-Related Issues

  • Size concerns must be reported within 24 hours of delivery
  • Requests after 24 hours may not qualify
  • If the item matches our sizing chart but the wrong size was selected, returns or exchanges are not available

If the sizing error is ours, we’ll resolve it at no extra cost.

Exchanges

  • Exchanges are available only for the same item
  • To exchange:
    1. Request a return
    2. Place a new order after approval
  • If the correct item is delivered, no refund will be issued
  • Free replacement shipping applies only for damaged or incorrect items
  • Otherwise, replacement shipping is the customer’s responsibility

Fees & Shipping

  • Return shipping: Customer’s responsibility (unless store error)
  • Restocking fee: 25% of the order total
  • Customs duties, taxes, or import fees are the customer’s responsibility
  • Custom or personalized items are non-refundable

Order Cancellation

  • Cancellations are allowed within 48 hours of order placement.
  • Orders already processed, shipped, or in customs cannot be canceled.
  • Approved cancellations may include a 25% processing deduction.

How to Start a Return or Exchange

Email us at 📧 support@jacketstoreusa.com with:

  • Your order number
  • Reason for return or exchange
  • Photos (if item is damaged or incorrect)

❗ Returns sent without approval will not be accepted.

Refunds

  • Returns are inspected upon arrival
  • You’ll be notified once your refund is approved or declined
  • Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method
  • Processing time: 5–10 business days
